As I continue to prep for my foray into the world of streaming, I’m keen to get more interview and presenting work to help me in front of the camera. Ultimately a stream is a performance, so I need to get better at performing! Any practice I can get will only benefit me.
I work for a local music fanzine called Southend Who, and we are in the process of ramping up the level of our content. One of the easy things for me to do is grab my phone and get it in front of local artists.
One such artist is the fantabulous Tim Clark, who I’ve been in a band with before (see Chatnabrano). I had the pleasure of interviewing him and listening to him belt out one of his classic tracks.
I had a lot of fun with this, and should hopefully reflect the flavour of my future streaming endeavours.
Southend-on-Sea is where I live, and I’m constantly working on projects with local creatives and artists. Tim is certainly one of them, and we plan to work together on a podcast he is creating, and also my solo album. He is almost certainly going to be a guest on my stream when I eventually start playing Trover Saves the Universe which I looked at in my E3 roundup.
Definitely give me some on our Southend Who YouTube channel as it is potentially something we can start monetising and every sub helps!
While you’re there, make sure you give my Wob Wob Rob channel a cheeky sub as well!
